Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from Lazibuzz (operated by QIMI AI, British Columbia, Canada). It satisfies the data-deletion requirements of the social media platforms we integrate with, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google/YouTube.

You have three options, described below.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single social media account

Disconnecting an account immediately deletes the stored access/refresh tokens for that platform. Any other data tied to that account (such as account identifiers, publish records, and diagnostic logs) is then deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy.

1. Sign in at https://lazibuzz.com.
2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
3. Find the account you want to remove and click Disconnect.

We also recommend revoking Lazibuzz's access from the platform itself:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites → remove Lazibuzz.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Lazibuzz.
• Google/YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Lazibuzz.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → revoke Lazibuzz.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services → remove Lazibuzz.

Option 2 — Delete your entire Lazibuzz account

This permanently deletes your Lazibuzz account and associated personal data.

1. Sign in at https://lazibuzz.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, your connected-account tokens, and your uploaded content within 30 days, except for limited records we are required to keep by law (for example, billing/tax records).

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email:

1. Email gu778@hotmail.com from the address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
3. Tell us whether you want to delete a specific connected account or your entire Lazibuzz account.

We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your Lazibuzz account profile and login credentials;
• Stored access/refresh tokens for your connected social media accounts;
• Content you uploaded to Lazibuzz (videos, images, captions, metadata);
• Associated usage and diagnostic data linked to your account.

Note: Deleting data from Lazibuzz does not remove posts that have already been published to your social media accounts. To remove already-published posts, delete them directly on each platform.
